The worst tims I have ever been to. We asked for well done potato wedges and got soggy ones, and upon requesting an exchange, were made to wait 5 minutes and then told that it will take 20 minutes. Like really? Also, the most pathetic chai tea lattes I have ever drank. It was like plain milk, they didn’t even add the tea bags. Wasted 20 bucks literally! Food: 1 Service: 1

This is one of the best Tim Hortons in a Canada, hands down. Customer service here beats most establishments, let alone other Tim’s locations. Good quality here is much better than the average Tim Hortons location, particularly those in the GTA. Kudos to the franchisee and all the hard working staff here who do a fantastic job. My visits to this location are daily, when I’m in town. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
