One of my favorite Tim Hortons branches! The food and coffee are always fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere is much better now. A special thanks to the staff, especially Sagar, for being genuinely friendly, welcoming, and professional. The AC had been out of service for quite a while, but it’s finally fixed, making the café comfortable again. Great service, great food, and a great place to relax. Highly recommended! Had a very pleasant experience at Tim Hortons near Sultan Military Hospital in Al Sulimania. The place is always clean, organized, and welcoming, with a very comfortable atmosphere whether you’re stopping by for coffee or a quick meal. The food and drinks are consistently fresh and well-prepared, and the service truly stands out. A special thank you to Mr. Alaa and Mr. Abdul Nasser for their professionalism, kindness, and excellent customer service. They are always respectful, attentive, and make customers feel genuinely welcomed. There was also another staff member whose name I unfortunately did not get, but he was equally friendly, hardworking, and accommodating. All of them work together as a great team and clearly care about customer satisfaction. It’s rare to find such consistently warm and professional service. Highly recommended branch, and I will definitely continue coming back. Price per person: SAR 20–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
