I had a wonderful experience at this Tim Hortons! The cafe itself has a really welcoming atmosphere, but the alfresco dining area is definitely the highlight—it's the perfect spot to enjoy a meal outdoors. What truly stood out, though, was the customer service. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making the visit even better, thanks to Emaad. (Keep up the good work) Highly recommended if you're looking for great coffee and a relaxing vibe! Meal type: Other Price per person: SAR 20–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

May 31, 2026, 10:45 AM. The best black coffee I've ever had! But I don't know why they all look so grumpy and annoyed. They can't even smile! And when I asked them to play music, I felt like I was bothering them with my request, and they weren't happy about it, especially the man who works with the two ladies; he seemed really annoyed by my request!!!! I don't recommend visiting this branch, and I won't be going back. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
