Worst experience i have ever had in that establishment. Service was horrible and there was no line, not busy. Took 20 minutes in line and 1/2 hour to get my order that was mixed up 3 times. Manager was condescending when I asked if the 6 workers were walking around not waiting on the counter. This establishment will lose money at this rate. Poor management. Waiting that long with no line, along with multiple mix-ups in your order, isn’t acceptable.We also understand how discouraging it is to be spoken to in a condescending way when you’re just trying to get your order corrected. First time coming to a Tim Hortons. It reminds me of a Burger King. Staff seemed overwhelmed and there was quite a wait inside for food orders, that were wrong. Staff was very friendly though and apologetic, acknowledging the long wait. I had ordered a croissant sandwich but they had ran out of croissants. The English muffin sandwich to replace it was decent. Iced Chai was basic, not very flavorful. Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20

Hi Jeanette — your first visit to Tim Hortons didn’t go the way it should have. Waiting a long time, getting the wrong order, and then running out of croissants for your croissant sandwich is frustrating, and I’m sorry that happened.I’m glad the staff were friendly and apologetic, and that the English muffin sandwich was decent.
