I'm a little under the weather today and just not feeling so good. But the women at this location were so kind and helpful. They initially did get my order wrong I mentioned it to them and they fixed it fast as lightning. When they would have handed my drink back to me it kind of had like coffee on the side and the woman took time to dry it off before handing it to me. It seems like a no-brainer... But far too often places like this will hand over drinks with beverage all over the side so for her to take the time to clean it off before giving it to me while I'm sick really did make my day. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! Waited 30 minutes for an order. Went to the toilets and there was literally poo all over the seat of one and clogged toilet in the other stall. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hi Jane Smith, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. I’m sorry to hear about your recent experience at Tim Hortons. Waiting for 30 minutes for your order is certainly not the service we aim to provide, and I understand how frustrating it must have been. Additionally, the condition of the restrooms is unacceptable, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’re committed to improving, and if there’s anything more you would like to share to help us make this right, please reach out to us here: timhortons.com/contact-us. Thank you for being a valued guest, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.

I was just in the store across from Hoselton Chevrolet in Fairport NY. The girl who was at the window was great at the service she was providing. She was friendly, had a great attitude, acted like she loved her job and delivered quick service. I have been to many Tim Hortons and other drive thru windows she was by far a one of the best I have had serve me. My order was #262161501 in case you would like to reward her, I didn’t catch her name. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
