Amazing experience at Tim Hortons Sicamous! Manpreet provided such friendly and professional customer service. He was very polite, fast, and made sure everything was perfect. It’s always nice to be welcomed with a positive attitude and a smile. Thank you for making the visit enjoyable — definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at Tim Hortons! Every morning we buy breakfast (me and two others I carpool with) we get around 40 dollars worth of food we have had multiple times where our order was missing items or wrong. We always get told to drive around the building to wait for our order which we comply. This isdue to Tim Hortons having to fudge drive through times to look good. Well today the forgot us after spending 40 dollars we waited 15 minutes before I went in and the worker needed to ask "what did you order" generally we plan to be about 15 minutes to 20 minutes early for work today Tim Hortons sicamous almost made us late for work,forgot our order after spending forty dollars, and were just plain rude. Looks like we are taking our business to A and W. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

There needs to be more training done at this location regarding allergens and their importance. We were there today and asked for our Celiac daughter whether the potato wedges were gluten free, and the lady at the till said an emphatic and unequivocal “Yes!” So that was comforting and we ordered her some, along with some other items for the rest of the family. When we got out to the car we were going to pull away but something prompted me to check, so I went on the website and found the allergen information for the potato wedges, and it said “Contains Wheat & Gluten”. Our daughter had already eaten a couple, so we took them and brought them back inside and showed the website to the lady, and she didn’t seem to care, saying, “Oh somebody told me they were gluten free. What would you like instead?” Eating gluten with celiac disease is very dangerous, as even tiny amounts trigger an immune response that damages the villi in the small intestine, preventing nutrient absorption. So the employees should be better trained and have information on hand (laminated sheets maybe), or point people to the allergen info on the website at the very least. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
