Employees & owner take so much pride in this restaurant it needs to be recognized! Extremely clean, fantastic customer service, zero delays! I stopped by Tim Hortons in Southfield the location at 13 mile and Southfield, usually when I’m doing a pulse like this negative but this time the atmosphere the teamwork everybody in the location was smiling me contagious my food was hot and ready in less than five minutes. The place was clean. They were a ton of and when I left, they said, have a great day In genuinely cared I’ll end with this this Store should be a role model for all the other locations. The show how to put Customer Service first and to show a genuine concern about their customers outstanding job to the whole team when I left. I told him if anybody needs a job at NAPA auto parts. Come see me because I’d hire anybody in this location Meal type: Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
