I walked in the store and waited at least 2 minutes before I was ever greeted or acknowledged. I was very disappointed because there were 4 employees standing there looking at something. I guess it was the manager that finally told another worker to take my order. Definitely need to work on customer service otherwise the coffee was great. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

First time I have tried Tim Hortons very disappointed. Not was they very unfriendly at the wiindow, they seemed aggravated when asking questions on the menu. Then I got the food was charged 14.90 for a coffee and two doughnuts! I figured for that price it would have been edible, however the donuts was just thrown into a paper bag no napkins no nothing with fingerprints in them plus no receipt Meal type: Breakfast Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
