This was the nearest Tim Hortons to a sports tournament I took my team to, and I truly wish I could give it zero stars. I’m not someone who usually leaves negative reviews, but this experience was unbelievable. We visited this location twice during our trip. The first time, the service was extremely slow and disorganized, workers were missing or forgetting orders, and the display case for muffins, donuts, and bagels was completely empty. To make matters worse, two of my players were served moldy pizza!! not once, but twice. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, they rolled their eyes and didn’t even apologize. Serving spoiled food is not only unacceptable, it’s a serious health and safety violation. We wouldn’t have gone back, but the following day my players were hungry and there weren’t many options in the area. We decided to give it another chance, only to arrive around 3:15 p.m. (online close time is listed at 4pm) and find the staff sitting outside in a truck smoking cigarettes. When we approached, they rolled down their window and told us they had “decided to close early” — apparently whenever they felt like it. Word of advice to anyone in the area: stay far away from this Tim Hortons. As a coach responsible for young athletes, I felt terrible exposing them to such unprofessional and unsafe conditions. Even other parents and coaches at the tournament shared similar horror stories about this location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
