Tim Hortons has changed significantly since the newest owners of the chain started reversing course. These simple coffee shops have become full, fast-food restaurants. They only have 2-3 employees on shift, maximum. Due to the overwhelming amount of orders from third party vendors, online ordering and prioritizing the drive through over the in-store customers. Expected experience will be a coffee ranging from horrifying (placing stir spoons in coffee cups immediately after pulling it out of sanitizer) to average quality, at best. Facilities will undoubtedly be unsanitary Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Burned muffin but still served. Take away order. One staff just pointed her finger "overthere" when I came to her to order, noted that it was only her at the order counter at that time. However the other staff was very nice and good service, hence a 4* for her. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
