I had a wonderful experience at this tim horton. The service was excellent and the staffs were very friendly and welcoming. Luxcy, Simran and Komal were especially helpful and made sure my order was prepared quickly and correctly. They were polite, patient and created a very positive atmosphere. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’ve never experienced such rude employees at a Tim Hortons before. This was truly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any location, which is especially frustrating since I live nearby. The staff were extremely rude, and although I’m not someone who is confrontational, this experience made me never want to return to this location. I waited a long time for my order, and when I finally asked if it was coming, one worker looked at me rudely and said I was supposed to be standing on the other side. I apologized and moved, but when I asked for my food, they told me it had already been made. I explained that I hadn’t received it, and the employee said she would remake it but then accused me of having already seen or taken my food. I was essentially blamed for my missing order, even though I was never told which side to wait on in the first place. The interaction made me feel genuinely hurt and uncomfortable, to the point where I didn’t even want my food anymore. It affected my entire day. I am always polite and respectful to employees, and when that same courtesy isn’t returned, it leaves a very negative impression. I don’t think I will be returning to this location, but I do hope the employees can do better in the future. Basic customer service and politeness are not difficult, especially when customers are respectful. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
