0/5 — Very Poor Customer Service I had a very disappointing experience at Tim Hortons because of an associate named Refat. I politely asked for assistance with something, and her response was extremely rude. She said, “I am on break, why should I help you?” I understand that employees are entitled to their breaks, but if an employee chooses to take their break in an area where customers are sitting, how is a customer supposed to know that they are on break? The way I was spoken to was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Employees should be respectful toward customers, regardless of whether they are on duty or on break. Very bad customer service experience. 0 stars if that were an option. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
