They don't even deserve my one star. If customers can't use the washroom, then who can? I was here to get some coffee and requested to use the washroom. One lady asked me to go ahead and another whispered to her not to let me in and that it is out of service. Their washroom is been closed anytime I come here to get coffee and this is been more than a year now. This morning, a small boy came in from the washroom and I wanted to go too but then he tells me it is out of service. But he went to use it, I asked. He said he went to check. Never knew Tim's now employ plumbers as coffee servers. This is disgusting and even a woman claiming to be the manager of the place is allowing it. They do this because of the addicts but not all of us are addicts. This is sickening and whoever that owns this place should watch it. Price per person: $10–20

One of the worst Tim Hortons locations I’ve ever visited. There is no greeting, and sometimes the staff don’t seem to know how to handle customers properly. I also don’t trust the reviews. Many of them appear to be fake. I’ve visited this location several times, and no one has ever asked me to leave a review. I worked at Tim Hortons many years ago, and the customer service there was completely different. To make matters worse, I saw flies on the muffins, which was very concerning from a food safety and hygiene standpoint. This location does not meet the standards I expect from Tim Hortons. Store was really good!!! Mainly Gaya3 assisted me with utmost care… she makes the best double double! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $1–10
