Great experience at the Tim Hortons on Bay Street! I ordered the new Grilled Cheese Sandwich, coffee, wedges, a sandwich, a croissant, and a chocolate chip muffin, and everything was delicious and made perfectly. The grilled cheese was especially amazing! Even though it was very busy, the team provided excellent service. The restaurant was clean, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. A special thank you to Mahima, Sehaj, and Jigmi for their outstanding customer service and hard work. Their positive attitude made my visit even better. Highly recommend this location! Steep tea had no flavour, tasted like hot water with milk. Disappointed, the staff were nice enough to replace it but it was the same. Won’t be coming back for steeped tea. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I don’t usually write long reviews, but this place genuinely deserves one. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was just good. Cozy, welcoming, and the kind of spot that makes you want to slow down and actually enjoy your coffee instead of grabbing it and running out the door. But the real standout here is the people. Every single person working there was incredibly kind and welcoming. Not the fake, scripted “customer service voice,” but genuinely nice, warm, and attentive. They greeted me with a smile, were patient while I figured out what I wanted, and even took the time to make recommendations based on what I like. You can tell they actually care about the experience they’re giving customers, and that makes such a big difference. The coffee itself was excellent—smooth, flavorful, and clearly made with care. You can tell they don’t just rush drinks out; they actually put thought into what they’re making. I also really appreciated how clean and well-kept the space was. It’s the kind of place you could comfortably sit for a while, work, read, or catch up with a friend without feeling rushed or out of place. What really stuck with me is how welcoming the atmosphere felt. It’s one of those rare spots where you walk in and immediately feel like a “regular,” even if it’s your first time there.
