I visited the Tim Hortons at the corner of Warden Avenue and Lawrence Avenue today, and the customer service was extremely disappointing. The cashier working the drive-thru had no patience or basic courtesy. As soon as they took my payment, they seemed to be rushing me along, trying to hand me my coffee before I even had a chance to put my bank card back in my wallet. There was no lineup behind me, so there was absolutely no reason to make me feel hurried. Customer service isn't just about taking someone's money—it's about treating customers with respect. A few extra seconds to allow someone to safely put away their card shouldn't be a problem. Instead, I was made to feel like I was being pushed out of the drive-thru as quickly as possible. This location needs to improve its customer service. Slow down, show some patience, and remember that good manners and respect go a long way. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
