I get iced lattes every day at another location. These people think they can fool me. I ordered an ice latte here and they gave me an iced coffee. You pay way more for iced lattes with espresso in them and they try to pass off iced coffees as iced lattes. Be careful with locations like this trying to trick people..they think we are stupid. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This morning at this Tim Hortons, I ordered a large Double Double coffee. I was handed a cup that had already been prepared and was sitting there. I asked for a freshly made coffee instead. The employee said she would make a new one, but instead she opened the lid of the existing cup, stirred it with a spoon, and tried to give it to me as if it were fresh. I then asked for a medium coffee and specifically said that I did not want the coffee that had already been sitting there. I asked for a new one, made properly. She prepared another cup, but it was not filled completely. Then she said that I would need to wait a little longer, or she could give me what she had already prepared. It appeared that the employee intended to pour old coffee into new cups instead of preparing a fresh coffee for each customer. I do not believe this is acceptable. Coffee should be freshly prepared for every customer, not reused from cups that were prepared earlier and not picked up. Please train your staff to follow proper service standards. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
