I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this Tim Hortons. Every time we come after 6:30 p.m., we ask if they can make food, and always told they’ve already cleaned up or they don’t have this item or that item available. It seems like they stop making food after 7:00 p.m., even though till open. The staff are often rude and don’t know how to speak to customers respectfully. Instead of trying to help, they make customers feel like they’re bothering them. This is unacceptable customer service. If you’re open, you should be serving the menu that’s advertised, or at least explain politely why certain items aren’t available. Management needs to improve staff training and ensure customers are treated with respect. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
