I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. When I arrived at the drive-thru window, the employee shouted at me to "speak louder." I politely asked her not to shout at me, but instead of handling the situation professionally, another employee stepped in and started arguing with me. He repeatedly said, "Do you want the drinks or not?" and used the F-word several times during the conversation. This level of rudeness and unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, even when there is a misunderstanding. I hope management reviews this incident and takes appropriate action to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else. It will be reported to city. Date: 6th July, 2026. Time: 7:45 am. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
