50% of the time, my coffee is wrong. The other 50% of the time my food is cold. I wish I was making this up. I go here every day because its on my way to work. I have noticed that most of my bad experiences have a tall black guy with an afro in the drive thru. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20

Very disappointed. My change was 14.69. The lady at the counter gave me 13.55 back. I told her it's not the right amount. She got mad at me had her manger come. She gave me back only my dollar. That's fine, then the girl giving me my coffee and hot chocolate only gave me the hot chocolate and I told her I had the coffee also. She gave me a look. Wow. I will never go back to that place or recommend it to anyone. The lady at the counter keep saying to me, "you trying to say to me that I don't know how to count". Really bad service. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This time Hortons use to be the best Tim hortons around. I don’t know if they switched managements or what but this past month it’s been nothing but chaos and mess ups. Disrespectful service, (usually I understand because you know it’s early and people are cranky) but it’s every day. Coffee being cold, or not right at all, serving black burnt bagels, stale doughnuts. It went downwards really fast and I hope they change soon! Meal type: Breakfast
