Tim Hortons está muy cerca de City of Waterloo Museum. No hay duda de que te va a encantar su atrayente pollo. Ven a este restaurante y tómate un delicioso café. A sus clientes no les gustan los donuts de Tim Hortons.
Vas a llevarte un buen recuerdo de este lugar, puesto que es bien conocido por su gran servicio y su amable personal, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Es un estupendo lugar con una sorprendente atmósfera. Pero este lugar no ha obtenido una puntuación muy alta por parte de los usuarios de Google.

These employees are constantly laughing at their customers. I've been here a bunch of times and it's always the same smirks, comments that they're trying to hide, and it's so obvious. Get a grip and work like adults, please. Bullying is not cool and I will not be back.

Very disappointing experience at the Tim Hortons in Conestoga Mall. The staff do not listen to customers’ requirements and instead insist on their own rules without any proper explanation. On top of that, it's very unprofessional , which made the visit uncomfortable. Customer service is clearly lacking here. I hope management addresses these issues and make sure the the rules and regulations staff to be more respectful and attentive. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
