Wow the best tim hortons I ever visited. Nowhere else I was greeted this warmly, not to mention the cleanliness of the store. It definitely matches the Westmount spirit. I was also surprised to witness how they handled a mistake with the customer before me, there was some sort of mix up and they quickly fixed the drink of the girl, genuinely apologized and gave her some complimentary timbits! In other places they usually treat you indifferently or trying to get rid of you quickly just to keep the turnover of customers. But not here. Here you are always a special guest, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’ve been a regular customer here for over a year, and they’ve never failed to deliver top-notch service. Every employee is different in their own way, but they always treat me with kindness and patience. If you have a special request, they’ll genuinely go above and beyond to help you out. Of course, during rush hours you might have to wait a little longer and there might be some mix ups, but they’re only human — I honestly don’t understand why people complain so much about the wait. I’d definitely recommend this location over other Tim Hortons if you want to experience how good Tim’s can actually be. Just keep in mind that this location has a slightly different menu from most others, with specials like delicious matcha drinks and matcha donuts. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
