On Thursday evening, we stopped by The Hoover Bar & Kitchen in Westerville for a late dinner. If the name doesn’t sound familiar, this is the restaurant formerly known as Time & Change. We ordered a hand-tossed pepperoni pizza with green peppers and onions, and it turned out to be a solid choice. The pizza was generously topped with pepperoni and mozzarella, while the green peppers and onions were added in just the right amount to complement the other toppings. The crust had a nice texture, and the pizza was simply well made. It was good, satisfying pizza that I’d happily order again. The side salad deserves a mention, too. So many restaurants treat a side salad as an obligation, but this one was fresh, crisp, and generously topped. It was a nice way to start the meal. The atmosphere still has that comfortable neighborhood gathering place feel, with plenty of seating and TVs, making it an easy spot to relax over dinner. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and would have no problem coming back to see what else is on the menu. The Hoover Bar & Kitchen 1186 County Line Road. Westerville, OH 43081. Absolutely our favorite local place. So thankful for the new management. It is great to have a true neighborhood bar that gets to know its customers. We LOVE Italo and the service he always gives us. If you haven’t been in lately, give them a try!! The best part is supporting a small business locally!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Disappointing, place was cold. Not enough staff, $7.95 for a small beer. Chicken wings were good though, but that was the only thing. My son got the chicken parm sandwich average at best, I got the crispy chicken sandwich which came out luke warm and no flavor. No napkins, no silverware, no sauces at the table other than ketchup and mustard. Not cheap either. I won't go back.
