The woman at the front was incredibly rude and had a terrible attitude. I ordered a box of patties and told her what I wanted. After she rang me up, I noticed she was giving me cooked patties from the oven. When I explained that I needed frozen patties, she got annoyed and told me I should have mentioned that before ordering. This was my first time ordering a box of patties from your location. Instead of assuming customers know how your menu works, why not ask whether they want frozen or cooked patties? A simple question would have avoided having to redo the order. The shorter lady working there was fantastic—friendly, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, the woman with the glasses was the complete opposite. Her attitude alone makes me think twice about coming back. Based on this experience, I will not be returning. There are too many other places that appreciate their customers and know how to provide basic customer service. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

So glad they finally opened a Tinnel's in Pickering. Love getting a fresh box of hot spicy beef patties. Customer service is always great and friendly. Patties are always hot, fresh, and delicious.

Oh man the beef spicy patty is a treat, Nicest people, definitely check them out, she gave me another one for free…. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner
