The service really sucks and management needs to address the blatant for a lack of a better term racism. My girlfriend and I were seated right across the bar and after 15 minutes still no service even though we were directly in the line of sight of all waiters/bartenders. However 2 white patrons entered sat at the seats adjacent from us and they were served with menus and drinks within a minute of them arriving. Really distasteful experience, left without even being given a menu.

Eating in a pub has its pros and cons. Tipples is a viable option when you want to have a decent burger at a value for money price and you're not to concerned about the atmosphere or décor necessarily. Or smoke, for that matter.Suffice to say they offer mean deals most nights of the week. We opted for two sauce burgers which came with large portions of chips and three onion rings. Bang on target. Service a bit slow, but it may be because we weren't regulars or locals. Everybody else seemed to know each other, in front or behind the wooden bar counter. In fact, they all appeared to know each other's ins and outs, too. We were lucky to find a table as most were full. We spotted a mixture of retired couples with bushy brows and long socks chomping away next to loud groups of beer-swigging men with a smattering of newly-divorced dressed up singles among them. Like frontier town folk. We felt completely at home.

Staff is really friendly and the drinks are quite cheap. The vibe is fun and energetic and there is a good playlist playing in the background. Perfect place to chill and unwind.
