Natsuko’s spaghetti was delicious. The bar was great. The atmosphere unrivalled. I would recommend anybody who comes to Kobe to visit the excellent tipsy labo/ tipsy. The women who work here are from the best learning institutions in the world !!! They are bright, hot, and fantastic to speak to!!! Price per person: ¥2,000–3,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
