I ordered on the TOGOs app and for some reason it sent my order to the Dale location instead of Standiford like I selected. I called to cancel the order but the lady over the phone said it was already made, to which I informed her I couldn’t go to their location as I wasn’t the one driving myself and it was EXTREMELY out of my way, as in I was going the complete opposite direction. She said something about “wasting her products” and I informed her it wasn’t my fault the app switched my order location. The employees at the right store informed me the app does that ALL THE TIME. It needs to be fixed, but more importantly, I want a refund. I spent $25 x 2 for the same order and I’ll be damned if I spend $50+ on sandwiches of which I only received one of. I did the contact me back form and it says wait 24-48 hours for a response. Still nothing. I’ll happily dispute it with my bank if need be, but I received terrible customer service from this location. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The franchisee/owner did respond, however it was past our 48 hour policy, and I apologize for his late response. I also was able to add a reward to your Togo's Rewards account for you to enjoy on your next trip to the area. Thank you for your wonderful customer loyalty to Togo's. I ordered tuna sandwich. The indian lady that prepared it washed her hands but she wet just the tips of her fingers, no soap, then went to the register took my order. So I walked around and went back, I noticed she made my sandwich without wearing gloves. I also remember, before ordering we've been waiting for awhile cos she was in the back. So who knows what she's doing maybe went to the restroom...but Im not coming back here.
