Es extremadamente caro para la calidad de comida que sirven. Sales lleno, más bien hinchado, por la cantidad de aceite que tiene la comida y un arroz compacto hecho para llenarte rápido. El ambiente está bien, la decoración también, el sistema para pedir está también bien y los camareros muy amables. Pero yo hubiera pagado la mitad de lo que nos costó por tal calidad. I've been visiting the restaurant for about 10 years, but April 21, 24 for the last time! First of all, there were around 25 guests in the restaurant! Full of anticipation, we ordered three small portions and after about 20 minutes we were asked to maybe order something else because it wasn't in stock or it would take a while. Okay, we just ordered sushi... but the bad news didn't stop there , we were constantly put off, then after an hour the wasabi shrimp arrived, but without wasabi, upon request... we haven't had them for months! I asked to speak to the manager, unfortunately he wasn't in the house and when I was paying I found out from another waitress to whom I also expressed my displeasure that the manager and her family had just sat two tables away! Guess the waiter didn't want to bother them! Well, last but not least, I paid the bill for this oh-so-great event €99 Next time I'm in Düsseldorf, I'll get a currywurst at the train station! We were first surprised by the offer that drinks were included in the all-you-can-eat, but this was anything but the case. The website provides different information than the offers available in the store. The service and seating aren't the BEST either. We were greeted half-heartedly and sat down directly at a seat in the middle of the hallway. Well, what should you do . Let's come to dinner. Guys, this “restaurant” is supposed to be a fine dining concept. BUT IT DON'T. Nothing is really as it is supposed to be. The food is not prepared properly. The makis (sushis) fall apart when lifted. (It felt at first glance). The food is NOT worth going for!!! Wrong orders arrived, the gyozas felt burnt. Honestly no more comments about this “restaurant”. Conclusion: Tokyo Lounge was a flop. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €80–90 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
