Very disappointed with the last Uber order and especially with the way the lady on the phone at Tomate et Piment spoke to me. I called the restaurant saying that a dish was missing from the order and the lady immediately replied defensively "but I put everything in it". She had to call me back and find out about the delivery person. I wait 15 minutes and I call back "oh yes, I had to call you back, I can only ask for a refund" ok, but I ask what do I do then, I was left without dinner. Very disappointing. This has already happened to us twice at Tomate et Piment where the order did not arrive in full. Surprising, never had a problem elsewhere. No commercial gesture from the restaurant, feeling that they have not done what is necessary. Too bad, the dishes are pretty good, we were regular customers. On the other hand, a great lever for improving customer service. Service: Delivery Price per person: €30–40
