Pedí un plato de carne a término bien cocido. Me lo dieron bien quemado y super seco. Los frijoles refritos parecían de lata. Mi esposo pidió un combo de costillas y también estaban muy secas y duras y un algunas con partes bastante quemadas. Los tragos estaban muy buenos y también el servicio fue muy bueno. Pero definitivamente la comida en relación a su precio es muy mala. Se supone que uno paga por la calidad del plato no por el nombre que está en la entrada del restaurante.

I phoned ahead, after looking at the menu online. I was taking out an older couple, who don’t eat that much, so I asked if there was a smaller cut for prime rib or ribeye steak. There is no way they could eat a $37 prime rib which was 10 ounces. The person answering the phone said, we are very busy right now, can you call back in a few hours? This was at 6 o’clock at night. In a few hours they are going to be closed, so we went somewhere else. They should offer smaller portions. Even a 10 ounce piece of meat, which is over 1/2 a pound, is more than sufficient for the average person.

Ordered prime rib and asked for rare instead of them telling me rare was not available which would have prompted me to order something else they brought out a medium well piece of shoe leather I attempted to eat it which was relatively tasteless couldn't get through a ¼ of it when I pointed it out to the server he offered me a free desert on a $47 prime rib dinner they brought around the check and sure enough he charged me for it I then asked are you kidding me you're going to charge me for that he then said he was going to get the manager disappeared for 45 seconds tops and came back to let me know the manager had taken it off the bill sorry but I don't recommend this place at all will not return to a Tony Roma's ever again Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$40–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
