Was literally the worst Chinese I’ve had all my life. There was hair in the Singapore rice, the worst black bean sauce with lumps in it. I love a Chinese but genuinely after having this it’s put me off it for a year and a bit Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1

Partner wanted chicken balls and chips with sweet and sour sauce, got the best fried salt and pepper chips and me and the cashier wanted him to get curry sauce as well Best thing he's had in a while he said, we sat and ate it inside while it was hot and it was nice to just sit in quiet eating hot food

We have been a customer of Top Chef since my Partner moved to Notts 9 years ago. Never had a cause to complain. However, since Christmas '23, it has been nothing but disappointment. I will never order from here again. Food started being delivered 2 - 3 hours after we had been given a time. They don't answer their phones when I try to call, the food has become average, and for two nights running now we have ordered, money was taken from us but the order was cancelled very soon after being accepted. Leaving us out of pocket until a refund was processed. It's bad practice and it seems they wouldn't know customer service if it slapped them across the face! Very poor!, very disappointed!! Top Chef replied (Just Eat) We closed 2 days every week on Tuesday and Wednesday if you order in advance, it will be cancelled automatically and Just-eat won't take your payment from your account because we didn't accept your order. If you said leave you out of pocket then you have to call Just eat not blaming me. Edit; If you don't understand my complaint, you don't deserve to be in business. You were showing as open and orders were accepted, before being cancelled afterwards. There are plenty of complaints that state this problem, and your crap attitude! Bad management!
