I grew up in Rustenburg and Top Treat was our go to cake shop. I have relocated to Kempton Park but I was in Rustenburg for a funeral. I made sure we went to grab their white chocolate cake. Ooh the cake did not disappoint. If there's anything I really miss about Rustenburg is the Tannies cake shops. Living in the big city, one can never find simple homemade cakes and biscuit. Everything is so industrialized. I really hope they do look into open a few shops in the city. One thing for sure, when im in Rustenburg, I will stop for a treat. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
