Our first time here!! Waitress was kind and attentive. Atmosphere was great! A great place for dinner and looks like it would be fun to party there. Food was great and our drinks hit nicely!! Ya gotta try the fried Brussel sprouts. Appetizer. Two burgers with fries. Two adult drinks. And comes with ice cream. Less than $60 including tip! We will be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $50–60

From previous experience with the Old Topper, I was told that it had improved a lot and went there last weekend with family who were visiting from out of town as well as some who lived in the area. The inside was clean and seemed refreshed. We put our drinks first, one we had to remind them of a drink as the server forgot it and another was listed on the menu but they said they didn't carry it so the order was again altered. We order two appetizers which came out fine and we had to wait for the server to return longer than usual after appetizers to put our orders in. At this point I figured the server must be new and maybe had not been trained properly. We placed our orders and awhile passed and the server came out to bring us our food, but it wasn't ours it belonged to another table. At this time we were there, there was only two other tables with customers. She apologized and took the food to the other table. Awhile later our food came out except for one persons. We figured it would be out shortly but it didn't come. My Brother-in-law had to flag down the server and ask where his food was after ten minutes and we repeatedly had to ask for drink refills. She disappeared into the kitchen and after awhile she came out and apologized she hadn't put his order in (we had seen her write it down on the ticket), asking if he wanted regular fries and when he said yes, she then said they were out of them and so he said he would take curly fries. The rest of the party had all finished or almost finished their food when his order finally arrived. The curly fries he ordered were replaced by the fries they said they didn't have and were cold and greasy. I flagged the server down and told her the fries were cold and the wrong type, again she apologized and said her boss (John Martin) said he would give him 50% off his meal. After a little while longer he finally had hot fresh curly fries. At this point, his meal should have been comped after several mess ups and if the owner was in fact in the restaurant a good rule of thumb would have been to come out in person and apologize. The rest of the food was average with my Sister-in-law's chicken wrap having almost all lettuces and very little chicken in it. At least the lettuce was fresh and crisp. Not impressed and hopefully these issues will get resolved as I will not be back nor will I recommend to any friends and family in the area. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: $10–20 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot Kid-friendliness: Could be kid-friendly if you kept them in the smaller dining area and away from the bar and gaming room
