I paid 283 cad $ for a dinner for three. This place is a rip off when it comes to quality food and experience and I would rate it the worst meal considering the price . The menu shows 8579 yen /something for a yakitori set and the chef hands over a drinks menu that says choose 3 non alcoholic/alcoholic drinks along with the set menu. We take 5 drinks and we are given salad,grilled veggies and a palate cleanser along with yakitoris. The bill comes to 32000 yen and 2600 yen is for the grilled vegetables which comes as a surprise as it was a set menu and the remaining amount was for drinks(apparently got a discount as per the chef). When inquired about the total amount,the chef apologized for the misunderstanding and lack of information presented to us. We left without showing disappointment but this was the worst experince and meal for the amount we spent during our tokyo trip. I would not recommend this and you are better off having dinner from a convenience store. Price per person: ¥10,000+ Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

This is my second time here. Everything is delicious and juicy, including those vegetables! The most delicious thing is chochin, which is my favourite! I will visit the restaurant again next time. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Toriki used to be a Michelin-starred yakitori place and somehow played in the first division of yakitori in Tokyo. The reality is different, and I feel bad writing about it, but the place is completely down. The quality of the service is amateurish, even though the owner, an old man who runs the show, tried to support them. The skewers somehow lack the charm of charcoal, and the overall experience is too long and boring. It seems like Toriki's best times are already behind it. Hopefully, they can find their way back to their previous glory days. Price per person: ¥10,000+ Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
