Casa rural rodeada de campo bien comunicada. Apartamentos amplios. Francesca, anfitriona, muy amable. Sirven comida casera abundante y riquísima con productos de la zona. Atentos con los niños. Cosas a mejorar: las camas (son de muelles algo incómodas), la climatización de la habitacion (ventilador de pie), mantenimiento zona comunes. Gracias Francesca y a todo su equipo! Torre Rasa, what a mess, never again! The apartments are old and not in a charmingly Italian agriturismo way. There is zero maintenance. Electric plugs are not working and are dangerously hanging out. Beams in the ceiling of one of the bedrooms look like they have been eaten by wood worm and wood chips are falling down. The bathroom has mold on the floor. There are apartments on the ground floor and above. When you are on the ground floor you and the apartment above you is also rented, bear in mind that the upstairs neighbors can fall through your ceiling. You hear their every movement, peeing, flushing the toilet etc..We could not sleep. On our last day water was pooring down from the room upstairs. Also here it is noticed there has been no maintenance of this agriturismo. Also the WIFI did not work in our apartment. There was an army of ants in one of the bedrooms - on the floor and in the closets where we put our clothes! When we came home they travelled with us in our bags. The pool is dirty with algen and dead insects and the terrace around the pool, a mess. It would be cleaned and we could swim as from May 1, but the cleaning of the pool was not up to standard. We couldn’t and wouldn’t swim to avoid getting ill. The kitchen misses wine glasses and some decent knives to cut. Sigarettes are found on the grounds of the agriturismo. Not nice when you have small children who play on the ground. After 4 days I asked if the towels could be changed. After one week, our apartment still was not cleaned so I requested it do be cleaned. The beds were made with dirty covers in one room and and it the other room there was no cover at all so the blood stains of previous visitors were visible on the duvet. Disgusting. After cleaning the apartment only the bed and pillow sheets were changed and not the covers. They charged us EUR 30 extra for cleaning! The dirt road to he apartment is not accessible for low and older cars. For us, Torre Rasa never again. Service: 2

Nice, quaint place. The host was nice and helpful. Food was great. Rooms had a rustic feel. Shower could do with a bit more water pressure but the place was clean. We had fun taking walks and just hanging out or driving along the country side. There is a pool and it is not heated but you will get used to it. Place is great for people with children as the place is good for younger families as there is stuff to do in the area if you don't mind a 30 to 40 minute drive out. And for families with older kids, There is wifi so they will be fine. Otherwise book activities like truffle hunting or wine tasting. The area itself is good for walks. I enjoyed looking at the local flora and fauna and the drive towards the farm stay and the roads around it is idyllic. The food around the area is fantastic... it rivals some very good restaurants in Rome! I cannot fault it! Service: 5
