Private beach with car access. Entry on foot is not optional, I was lucky and the person at the hotel entrance let me pass. The sand is not so fine and hurt the feet, you cannot swim in the sea and the sand area is very sloping. Visited on: Weekday Wait time: No wait Reservation recommended: Not sure

I think this might be mislabelled as a restaurant but in reality it’s just a turtle sanctuary that protects baby turtle nests. We were lucky enough to see them being relaxed back into the ocean after hatching. They allow dogs here but they must be on the leash. The waves are pretty strong here but I wouldn’t recommend it for surfing. Overall very nice beach! Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We ate here twice during our stay.  Not sure if you can access if you're not a guest of the resort.  I'll summarize some of the dishes we had for those two visits. The sea bass was bland.  It became an inside joke with us that every time we asked what fish was in a dish, assuming it didn't specify, they said "sea bass".  I think only the one labeled "sea bass" on the menu actually was, and it was disappointingly bland. The encrusted tuna was salty.  Not horrible, but really too salty. They had a Pad Thai.  It tasted really sweet.  I know pad thai is a bit sweet, but this was really sweet.  It was just "ok". Bread was rustic, and very pretty good.  We probably liked that the best of anything we had here. The tomato soup was genuinely awful.  It was supposed to be tomato-basil, but it tasted like they poured chili powder into the soup.  It wasn't spicy, just overwhelmingly chili powder flavor.  Couldn't taste any basil, and could barely taste the tomato. Tuna timbale was sort of like poke. It was very nice.  As I recall, that was an appetizer.  Probably the best thing on their menu.  I would order that one again. Overall, just "ok".  Adequate.  Nothing special.
