Super shocked by the rude service at this place. My friend and I ordered wraps today, she got the Halloumi Pesto wrap thinking it had no meat in it as she's vegetarian and all the other wraps were named with the main meat in the title. She realised once she bit into it that it had chicken in it and absolutely no halloumi. When she took it back to ask to get a new wrap without meat and with the halloumi, the worker was extremely rude and unhelpful and blamed her for the whole issue and offered 0 alternatives. It was dead quiet as well, so it seemed like the worker was just lazy tbh. Very poor customer service, mid food, will not be coming back. She offered to remake it but then quickly said “oh never mind i cant do that for you”, unlike what Toss has responded with. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: $20–30 Vegetarian options: You'd think a salad and wrap place would have clear vegetarian options.

This is mentioned on both our menu card and our website for online orders. We understand this may have caused confusion, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.If you prefer the wrap without chicken, we are always happy to customise it upon request. You can simply ask for a Halloumi Pesto Wrap without chicken when ordering. Additionally, we do offer vegetarian options such as our tofu-based wraps.We also understand that when you raised this in-store, our staff offered to remake the wrap without chicken, but we did not receive a response at that time.We truly value your feedback and will continue working to ensure better clarity and customer experience.
