Lo único que puede defraudarte cuando visites TotalEnergies Cashan se refiere a su tosco personal. Según el criterio de los usuarios, su satisfactorio servicio no cubre las expectativas de sus visitanteseste lugar no es muy querido por los usuarios de Google, quienes le han dado una valoración por debajo de la media.
The manager at this garage is very rude and inconsiderate. She lacks customer care. I poured petrol at the garage and the petrol got finished so I requested a refund as I paid upfront because I was not sure how much is in my card and I did not have data. The petrol attendant was very polite and understanding but she was afraid of what the manager will say, and rightfully so she shouted at her infront of me when i tried to intervene she shouted at me also telling me I must not tell her about customer care and customers etiquette. She threatened to charge the petrol attendant for so called not complying to policy, I told her I have paid first at other total garages, why with this one it's a problem. She did not care. Her character needs refining.

The workers at the car wash are really unprofesional ... they went through the bags i left in the passanger seat , usually i take all the stuff i see as garbage ( you can see it is ) i try to make it better for the people cleaning my car so they only have to look in one spot , while sitting there he went through it all while standing at the dust bin , he hand picked all the things out infront of everyone what he wants to keep from my garbage and came to put in on the table next to me , the other person driving the cars stopped him and said to not do this , and i replied saying its really unprofesional to go through these things right infront of the customer , he is so arrogant and has a bad attitude . LAST TIME I AM WASHING MY CAR HERE !!!!
