Preferably 0 stars, for this absolutely disinterested and unfriendly, rather sulky/annoyed employee (older lady) at the checkout yesterday. If you don't feel like dealing with customers, you should look for another job. No eye contact, hello and goodbye are also overrated, and annoyed reactions when you want to pick up your package. Never been to this gas station before, it will be the last time, hoping my package won't be dropped off there again. Training in how to deal with customers might be appropriate; from what I read here, a lack of friendliness is probably an ongoing issue.
