I was not happy with the service from the cashier last night at about 23:30.The cashier was a yellow bone woman .I came with loose coins and she told me I should’ve put the money in a coin machine next time .I asked what difference does it make and I asked her to give me those coins coz she was rude in her response .I didn’t get what I wanted so I deemed that to be a very poor service.
I want to thank you for introducing us to some great new employees. Tshepo is one of your employees. He is a very down to earth and helpful person. He is one of the few people I have received 100% excellent customer service from. I have seen him grooming the new trainees. Every time I go to fill up, I see them working together. I live close to the garage!!

So total has a rewards card that gets fuel vouchers for all branches. The staff had no idea about thr program or how to redeem the vouchers. They so unhelpful or rude about it. Bothe petrol attendant and manager wouldn't listen just told me to leave they won't help and I must not come back there even with me trying to explain how the codes work. Their names are Chota and John telling me how I need them when I'm not even a total client. It's not the first time this garage is unhelpful to me Last time they wouldn't assist with air pressure cause I wasn't filling up. Avoid at all costs .
