This is strictly for the bakery at this branch. I bought a pie early in the morning and took two bites when I realised that the meat is rotten even though the pie says it was packed today, I ate the pastry sides of the pie and put the rest in the paper bag, then put it in my bag. I later went back to let them know, the worker was very helpful and understanding, however, when they fetched the manager, I was told that I won't be reimbursed because I ate the pie. I explained to them that I that I had a bite of the pie, THAT'S HOW YOU KNOW THE MEAT IS ROTTEN. The manger took that as me waking up one day to return a pie I didn't eat... for nothing?? Please take this as constructive criticism. And the manager should work I her passive aggressiveness. Take some tips from the worker at the bakery on how to speak to customers.

I asked about Total points, attendant told me they don't have not sure why as most Total filling stations have.
