Regarding the perceived discrimination, we want to assure you that it was never our intention to make you feel unwelcome or discriminated against in any way. The delay in serving your meal was solely due to an error in our kitchen, and it was certainly not related to your ethnicity. We do appreciate you bringing the saltiness issue to our manager so we could apologize in-house and remove those charges from your bill.
