Really amazing place! Lovely staff and very chilled vibe. The quality of the food is exceptional - the best scones I’ve ever had and the bacon is a real hit. I am not one to write reviews but I felt so disappointed coming here I just had to! I have eaten in this cafe many times and I've always enjoyed the food, I have not had any issues. HOWEVER I will not be returning here (although I live just 2 minute walk away) I came in with my two young children one Sunday afternoon, we arrived at 12 but by the time we had chosen our food it was 12.10. My daughter really wanted the French toast but we was told this was not possible as the menu it is on has 'stopped' at 12 due to there being two separate menus and the kitchen couldn't keep up with that! I understand if it was busy but there was only us and a few other people (who were already eating) , it was only french toast for a small child! - Bad Customer Service! Brilliant customer service- We decided to leave, we went to Saucy Sausage in the high street, where we ordered a hot chocolate with whipped cream, but they had no whipped cream.(This was absolutely fine, just as happy with a plain hot chocolate) The staff member took it upon himself and went out of his way to the shops next door to buy cream and Marshmallows to give it that little bit extra! This is my eyes is brilliant customer service and what it is all about. I will not be returning to the tram stop cafe which is a shame as I've been taking my family there for years! Service: 1

We’re really sorry to hear you were disappointed. We are unable to offer our breakfast menu after 12pm. We understand that this can be frustrating but it is to ensure we can offer a full lunch menu. We value all our customers but we cannot make exceptions as it affects the service for other customers and our staff. We hope you will come again as you have so pleased many time before.
