If you’re a fan of spicy noodles, you have to order the Bún bò Huế at Trang Le. It’s hands down the best Bún bò Huế I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to a lot of pho and Vietnamese restaurants across the USA. Trang Le is still my number one. When you walk in, don’t wait to be seated—just grab a spot wherever you like. And don’t expect the kind of service you’d get at a fancy Michelin-starred restaurant. Asian spots like Trang Le shine through their food. The flavors are top-notch, and the quality is consistent from the first bite to the last. But don’t get me wrong—the service is friendly and fast. They get your food to you quickly and always with a smile. For those of us from Oklahoma or the Midwest/South, Trang Le is a staple. It’s the go-to spot for pho and Vietnamese dishes. Make sure you stop by, order generously, and tip well. You haven’t truly lived until you’ve tried Trang Le. I’ll be sure to post more photos next time!
