Pasquale and his lovely team came to our apartment amenity space and grilled/cooked and bartended for my boyfriend’s 30th birthday party and I absolutely cannot say enough good about him, the food, and his team!!! From menu planning to grocery shopping to set up to ensuring everyone was well fed with passed bites to keeping the drinks flowing to clean up - the whole experience was such a dream and worth every cent. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing, and I heard from many of our 30(!!!) guests how awesome Chef was, how special/beautiful the presentation looked, and how delicious the food and drinks were all night. Communication pre-event was a breeze, and I felt confident we were in good hands the entire time. We’re already looking forward to planning our next dinner party with Pasquale. Hiring him is exactly the upgrade any party needs :)). Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Chef and his team were absolutely stellar. They were attentive, generous, and made a special occasion feel so unique. The grilled artichokes were such a hit! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommendation for vegetarians: Highly recommend Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian, Large vegetarian selection, Vegetarian menu or section, Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes Dietary restrictions: No eggs, garlic, or onion and was still delicious!

I worked with Chef Pasquale and the team at Trattoria RNB Private Dining & Events to host an intimate birthday dinner for my mom. It was literally better than I could have ever expected. The menu was extremely customized to our needs (especially my husband's gluten free allergy) and there were so many courses, we lost count!! Each dish that came out was beautiful land extremely delicious. I could not recommend this team more for any of your private dinners / events / catering needs. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $100+
