Well I’ve finally found the best pizza in Ireland. I’ve tried PiPizza and MamaMia’s. I’ve sampled Paulies and Manifesto. All excellent. However, this, ladies and gentlemen, is the best. Thin and crispy in the middle with huge ballooning, bubbled up, charred crust that is as light as a feather. The wait staff advise that this is due to special 00 flour which also makes the pizza easy to digest. Only suggestion from me is a little more of the lovely tomato sauce on the pizza and some dipping sauces on the side. If they did this, they would have Catherine Cleary writing poems about this place. 5 star plus. I didn’t even mention the exceptionally friendly staff. I even heard an Italian accent in the kitchen which may help explain the wonderful pizza.

This is my second visit, this time we're over from the UK for an 80th birthday celebration. We were not disappointed. I had the sea bass special and it was delicious. The service is as good as the food. Thanks Trattoria Toscana
