A disastrous experience From this point onwards - the food itself (starter, sole and rump steak) tasted very good! The side salad was rather carelessly thrown onto the plate and the leaves were still full of sand. Therefore the salad was returned. Rump steak came a little later than the fish and had already cooled down significantly. But as I said, the taste is good. The service was completely overwhelmed. The first drink order came after 45 minutes of waiting. The drinks came after another 15 minutes. The second round came after 35 minutes. Export was ordered. However, Pilsner came. After the notice, the waitress apologized, went in and, absolute impudence!!!, Pilsner was simply poured into other glasses and brought as export, as you could clearly see through the window. And this for a restaurant that wants to be considered top and charges absolutely ridiculous prices. No Go!! By the way, we also started talking to other guests at the tables next door. Among other things, with a couple who have been going there for about three years and are regular guests (they knew the host and the waitress well, on a first name basis, etc.). What happened there yesterday was unbelievable for them and they will probably never come back. Just like us - NEVER AGAIN the wannabe trattoria del sole. There are much better ones in the Aschaffenburg area. An urgent appeal to the operator - instead of commenting on reviews, it's better to clean up your own store. Good luck with it.
