Went to this venue for an event. Very unorganized. Weird setup on second floor. Stood in line for entry, when tickets were already purchased. The venue advertised that the event started at 9pm, patrons stood in line for 30 mins before being allowed to enter. Not enough seating unless you paid for a table, tables were not very big, nor were the "sections" (very tiny furniture). The outside area was nice however they would not allow people to sit on benches unless they paid $50. The chicken was great and the drinks were also 10/10. The venue itself needs a bit of work, organization, professionalism of staff and an enjoyable atmosphere were all lacking. Meal type: Other Price per person: $30–40 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hi Jaleh - I’m sorry that you experienced this. This was not a Treasures event. This was a group of promoters that used our venue for their event. So we don’t manage things like the timing of the door entry, sales, etc. Even to the floor layout, they request what that should look like. I hate that this was your experience. Please come and visit us when we are having a Treasures sponsored event. Let us fix your experience.

To Mrs. Pebbles Thank you! We had a great time last night despite the rain. The staff, our waitress, and the overall atmosphere were all wonderful. Treasures Ultra Lounge Review Wife and I stopped here for a pre-anniversary chill spot on Memorial Day Monday & we reserved one of the small VIP booths, second from the front under the tree. We got there on time, met with Pebbles who acknowledged our anniversary and directed us to our booth. Pebbles started the vibes friendly and welcoming. Soon after, Don came to our booth and provided menus and asked for our drink order. Don’s energy was perfect! Upbeat, friendly and funny & there was never a moment where we felt neglected or just left out there with no service. Don always checked on us to see if we needed anything. Kia was just as thoughtful and thorough as Don. Kia introduced herself and checked on us too and also provided the same service to the other guests: super service with a smile. Now, the good part: the FOOD! Definitely delicious! We had the chicken and waffles with a side of grits & they were perfect. Grits were creamy and flavorful like they’re supposed to be and the chicken was perfectly seasoned, cooked right and plated nicely. The waffles hit something different. I was done. They were perfectly brown an adorned with blueberries and a strawberry in the center with syrup on the side for us to use how we wanted. That food was so good I had to hug the cook! We were not disappointed at all. The drinks set it off. Wife got the $25 bucket and was good for the night. Then she got another small drink and then a Vegas bomb. I got a drink but couldn’t finish it. Then the DJ did the thing. The music was banging and the variety was great. The ambience was great. When the sun set and the moon rose, the patio transformed into an event you could truly chill and enjoy yourself. We’ll be back and y’all should come too.
