We availed the ₱299 package. Upon ordering, we asked why there is a 5% service charge added to the total bill. The staff explained that it’s because the meats are taken from the counter and served to the table, so we understood. However, we experienced a few issues during our visit. The meats were quite chewy and dry, there were only four side dishes, and the drinks were bland with no refill for the iced tea. Enoki was also not served to us. The rice was burned as well. When we asked about sweet bananas, we were told that they are only included in the ₱499 package. The service was also quite slow, and we had to go to the counter ourselves just to request a cheese refill. I hope you can look into these concerns, especially regarding the quality of food and the service charge, since the setup feels more like self-service. We’re sharing this feedback in hopes that it can help improve the experience for future customers. Thank you. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
