Rooftop was not clean, waiters are too lazy to walk..not even affort a fan on roof even after asking... there's waste tissues,spare cigars everywhere ..they not having ashtray even after asking

It was the 2nd day of Eid, and I went there and ordered Classic Chicken Wings and a BBQ Trump Burger. Food Quality First, the wings arrived. We ate 3 pieces, and those were good. But the 4th one smelled really bad. The chicken flesh was different from the others, and the smell was very unfamiliar. We are 100% sure it wasn’t any spices—it was clearly rotten. When we complained, they replaced the last 2 pieces. However, one of those still had the same issue as the previous batch. This clearly shows that either their sourcing is very poor or the quality check team is not doing their job properly. It completely ruined the mood. The burger was good, but honestly, that doesn’t compensate for such a serious issue. Staff & Management One important thing to mention—the management should arrange proper training sessions for their staff so they can understand how to work under pressure and communicate properly with guests. From our experience, it is clear that the management team has failed to train them adequately. It’s not entirely the staff’s fault, but the lack of proper guidance and training is very noticeable. People go there for the environment and, of course, for quality food and service. But when they receive this kind of experience, it definitely becomes a “no-go” place for the future. Cleanliness & Hygiene During rush hours, even with many guests, basic cleanliness should not be ignored. The tissues on the floor were not being cleaned, which looked very unpleasant. When we asked a staff member to clean the table, he simply wiped it with a tissue. There was still visible dirt, which should have been properly cleaned using detergent or a proper cleaning liquid after the previous guests left. The restaurant is well lit . The decorations and inclusion of trees are really good . Stunning . But , I don't think it lives up to its name , 'Tree lounge' . The waiters seem friendly. The food is overpriced and it tastes so bad . This restaurant can be tricky to find and doesn't stand out much . I have visited it twice. Around evening, ,I was expecting more customers and the restaurant to get busy just like I read in other reviews. But , it never happened and it is always very relaxing , quiet and calming. The music could have been better. Just play some trending ones or something instead of whatever garbage playlist it was on . I would recommend visiting once and buying some coffee or beverage. Nothing more , you will regret it . Just enjoy its decorations . Don't ever think you will get a nice view on the top floors , remember that it is cramped inside some buildings. It has potential and needs improvements in food quality and the prices , Oh My God , lower it man just do it and you will have more customers.
