I have been staying at the hotel for the weekend and had the lunch buffet. It was amazing! Burgers, hot dogs, salads, wraps, soup, nuts, collard greens, mac n' cheese, dessert and drinks, all included! Overall healthy style menu. Will have it again on my next stay!

Went there for some snacks before a concert. Food was good, pricey but nothing you wouldn't expect for a hotel. Service was great. Went back after the show and food was once again good....service not so much. Same staff seemed like the got overwhelmed with the drunk folks. If you are staying in the Hyatt go for a walk and explore.

Becki and I are staying the week here at the Hyatt for the great H.I.T.S. K9 event. We had breakfast at Trellises in the hotel. Becki ordered the Walnut Banana pancakes and I chose the buffet. I went ahead and began to fix my plate, eggs and other things when I noticed someone else had an omelette. I asked the person where he procurred the nice looking omelette who then pointed across to empty cooking setup station that I hadn't noticed before I had filled my plate. I returned to our table and began eating the scrambled eggs, wishing longingly, that I had seen the omelette station first. Trying to eat slowly so Becki could join in the fun with the nice sounding pancakes she had ordered which did not arrive. The nice waitress apologized twice for the delay and then Florinda, the Manger came over to explain a little mixup had happened but all would be taken care of and corrected. Shortly, Becki Walnut Banana pancakes arrived and they were spectacular! See included photo! What started as a slight unfortunate situation was very much changed to a very positive experience by the efforts and service of the great manager Florinda. Becki and I look forward to enjoying several meals at Trellises during our stay at the Hyatt!
